E3 - Prayer
Continue to Pray for our E3 Campaign

Here are some specific details you can be praying for...

1. Expand - To make room for growth, we must rearrange our ministries and some of our current space, and then we must also use some of the space that we are currently renting to tenants in our shopping center. Our giving to the E3 Campaign will replace the rental income that we would havev received over the next three years, and then it will also pay for the remodeling of these spaces for our use.
  • Pray that God will provide the room that we need for the ministries of the church.
  • Pray that we would clearly hear God's plan for how to rearrange things, and for the spaces of the Center that we need.
  • Pray that the rempdeling of these spaces would be done with high quality and at a reasonable price.
  • Pray that we would have the money that we need for these projects.
2. Empower - Growth requires space, and it also requires leadership. Giving to the E3 Campaign will provide for some new paid staff positions to focus on things such as communications, technology and ministry direction; and will help us empower more volunteers for ministry.
  • Pray for the people that God is calling into ministry, and for the people God is calling into greater positions of leadership.
  • Pray that God would provide the people we need for ministry, and that those people would respond to His call.
  • Pray that oue church leadership would make wise decisions in hiring.
  • Pray that each are of need would be filled.
  • Pray that we would have the financial resources we need for any additional staff positions.
3. Engage - By Expanding our facilities and our staff, and Empowering more people for leadership, we will be able to more deeply and broadly engage our community with the Good News, continuing to reach out and connect with people who are far from God.
  • Pray that we will have have a heart to engage with those who need Jesus, as individuals and as a church.
  • Pray for those who need to hear the Good News, and that they would be responsive to the message.
  • Pray that we would be able to clearly communicate the Gospel to those who need Jesus. 
4. God's Direction - We need to listen to God, and continue to hear from Him. We need to continue to move forward with God's vision for ministry.
  • Pray that we would continually listen to God.
  • Pray that we would actually have ears to hear what He has to say.
  • Pray that we would help us develop His vision for the minsitry of our church.
  • Pray that our church would be incredibly unified around that vision.
  • Pray that we would courageously move forward in living out the vision He has for us.
5. Financial Commitments - Our vision for ministry has continually outstripped our resources.We desire to reach, teach and send more than our budget will allow.
  • Pray that our hearts would desire to please God in giving what He wants us to give.
  • Pray that many would be willing to give sacrificially.
  • Pray that each person would actually give exactly what God is calling them to give.
  • Pray that God would use this campaign and the financial giving to help each person grow closer in their relationship with Jesus!
